All orders will need to be paid for in full before we deliver or prepare for dispatch to courier / freight company.

Cash on delivery option has been activated to allow customers to purchase in store and to allow alternative payment options such as BPay. It is also to allow those who may require freight to be added to their invoice to hold off on paying until the invoice is finalised.

We encourage all customers to use Credit Card payment option at checkout to avoid any delays with receiving or collecting their order.

Remote (non metro) and interstate cut off times and conditions

Freight costs are to be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed with management. Absolute Coffee will deliver to or arrange pickup from customers preferred courier or freight company at no extra charge. If you do not have an account with preferred couriers then payment for freight costs will be required before arranging collection or delivery.

Customers who place their order by 3pm will have their orders ready for dispatch by close of business the following business day.

As a precaution please allow 2 business days from when order is submitted for courier / freight company collection. (Excluding public holidays)

Pick up

All orders submitted by 3pm can be collected the following business day from our warehouse between the hours of 8am and 4pm. (Excluding public holidays)
